Far north central San Antonio includes two smaller cities: Bulverde, which has a marvelous old-fashioned downtown and Spring Branch, a smaller city where many homes are on bigger lots. Subdivisions in this far north area include Stone Oak, Timberwood Park and Encino Park and Summit at Bulverde Creek. You’ll find a search and information specifically for Stone Oak on this website as well.
The northeast part of the area is located in Comal County, home of New Braunfels and Canyon Lake as well. The rest is located in Bexar County.
Prices vary from to $198,000 for a two-story townhome to $7,900,000 for a seven bedroom 141-acre ranch that backs up to Guadalupe River State Park.
